Invoicing via EAN

For electronic invoicing, we must ask for the following information:

A DKK 35 invoicing fee will be charged.
Payment 8 days net.
Company agreements are renegotiated annually.

Payment options

It is possible to pay with all Danish and most foreign credit and debit cards, as well as MobilePay.
Company cards issued within or outside the EU/EEA, as well as private payment cards issued outside the EU/EEA, are subject to a fee, which will appear on the receipt. The fee rate will depend on the type of payment card and where it is issued.

Cancellation conditions

For cancellation of stay incl. catering, the following cancellation conditions apply:
No later than 7 days before arrival, free of charge for individual reservations.
For groups of 2 rooms and more, the deadline is the latest 14 days before the arrival date.

For cancellation of overnight stays, only with breakfast buffet, the following cancellation conditions apply: No later than the day before, before 18.00, will be credited without charge.
For groups of 4 rooms or more, it is 7 days before arrival at the latest.

Reservations are made for printing errors, price changes, discontinued campaigns, offers, etc. No bookings are valid until written acceptance and confirmation from Hotel Saxkjøbing or any business partners.

Conditions and rules for events

We hold parties for min. 15 people.
Lunch events are held in the period from 12.00-17.00 unless otherwise agreed.
Evening events are held from 18.00-02.00 unless otherwise agreed.
We have an evening event lasting 7 hours. That is if e.g. the welcome drink is served at 18.00, dinner is served at 00.00 and the party ends at 01.00—unless otherwise agreed.
More party
We have the option to extend party events until 05.00.

Number of guests
Confirmation of the final number of guests must be announced no later than 5 days before the date of the event.

Deposit and cancellation
A deposit is charged when ordering all company events, depending on the size of the event. The deposit is agreed individually.

Cancellation of a company’s event of 12 people or more must be done in writing in good time, no later than four weeks before the date of completion of the ordered event.
In the event of cancellation later than 4 weeks – but within 2 weeks before the date of completion of the event, a fee of 50% of the confirmed event price will be charged.
In the event of cancellation later than 2 weeks – but within 7 days before the date of completion of the event, a fee of 75% of the confirmed event price is charged.
Cancellation later than 7 days before the completion of the ordered arrangement, the confirmed arrangement will be invoiced at full price.
The hotel or restaurant, etc. can, on presentation of an invoice, require the guest to pay for services that cannot be canceled in the event of a timely cancellation, such as e.g. music, office supplies, equipment and the like.

In case of non-attendance (no show), the hotel or restaurant etc. claim for full price for the entire event.
Under 12 people, timely cancellation must be made in writing no later than 7 days before the date of completion of the ordered event. In case of later cancellation, the confirmed event will be invoiced at full price.

Hotel Saxkjøbing is always a smoke-free area, however not in the courtyard and outdoor areas.

Children are very welcome at Hotel Saxkjøbing—prams, prams and the like are placed in the entrance areas
