We serve coffee and homemade cake in the afternoon when you arrive, as well as a cold glass of Meyers bubbles before dinner, so all is set for a lovely evening at our old hotel.

At Hotel Saxkjøbing, our starting point with everything we do is to be able to taste, smell, feel and see the seasons that we have around us. We are working to get as close to the seasons as possible with the local produce we have here on the South Sea Islands to fully be in line with Claus Meyer’s philosophy of gastronomy.
